Undergraduate students in Thailand are suffering from academic burnout, driven by a culture of "toxic productivity" that equates self-worth with endless output and physical exhaustion. This not only impairs academic performance but also significantly heightens the risk of clinical depression.
An anonymous, inter-university peer-to-peer support platform designed as a safe space for students nationwide. By connecting individuals navigating similar academic and emotional struggles, the platform fosters mutual support, encourages the celebration of small wins, and provides direct access to evidence-based mental health resources and self-care tools.
